Who Are the Sprockets?

Welcome

This is the home of the Sinclair Sprockets Robotics Team, #1075, located in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. We are an energetic group of students aged 14-18 who meet every week after school to participate in the challenges set forth by FIRST Robotics. Each year starting in January we design, program and build a robot in just SIX weeks, then participate in competitions with other FIRST teams! With help from teachers and both business and student mentors, we learn about machining, welding, programming, design, electronics, marketing, communications and business. Robotics is a highly competitive and exciting field and we are proud of our work. Please take a look around and feel free to contact us with any comments/feedback.

So who are the Sprockets?

Well, you can click on our team information pages and see our history, accomplishments, and even how we structure our team, but more than that we are a group of diversely capable people working together to solve a common problem. We learn, laugh, and push ourselves to the limit. We love spreading the message of FIRST, of STEM and robotics, and of the Sprockets. Come over and say hi when you see us!
